Before organizing pantries and tidying toy rooms, I spent years supporting mothers as a birth and postpartum doula. It was during those quiet, tender weeks after birth that I saw firsthand how much mothers truly carry — emotionally, physically, and mentally. That’s when I knew: my passion was helping moms not just survive, but feel supported, seen, and cared for.

When my own son became a toddler, I felt the everyday chaos in a whole new way. The never-ending laundry, scattered toys, constant snacks — I realized just how much modern moms are juggling. That inspired me to begin offering mother’s helper services, giving busy moms the extra set of hands they desperately need. Over time, my work organically shifted into home organization and support, focusing on creating peaceful, functional spaces that help families breathe a little easier.

Home Flow Co. was born from a deep desire to help moms reclaim calm in their daily lives — to bring back a sense of flow in the places they live, raise babies, and make memories. I know how hard this season can be, and I also know how much lighter it can feel with the right support.
